Charter, Bresnan and Spectrum affiliated email customers DO NOT get emails from Firearms Friendly!

I have tried for months to no avail. Whether they are anti-gun or incompetent, Spectrum, Charter and Bresnan email servers do not allow emails from the Firearms Friendly dedicated IP address of 104.219.41.114 to even make it to your junk mail folder!

If you are a Charter customer, you might try adding this website’s domain or IP address to your whitelist in your Spectrum/Charter/Bresnan account at https://www.spectrum.net/support/manage-account/my-account-user-preferences/.

Or contact their support and ask them to unblock IP address 104.219.41.114 so you can get emails from this site at 833-267-6094.

I’ve done this a lot with gun sites and all steps have been taken at our server level to help insure compatibility with a broad range of email servers including gmail, yahoo, hotmail, msn, outlook, etc. All email servers except Charter have a system where websites that may get blocked from their systems can appeal their block. Websites like this know that we’ve been blocked from a server because we receive undelivered receipts which state something to the affect of 554 p-impin015.msg.pkvw.co.charter.net cmsmtp 104.219.41.114 blocked.

Charter.net does not have a system where we can appeal this block. The only thing website owners can do is send an email to “unblock@charter.net” explaining the situation and asking them to unblock it. It’s just ridiculous and very unprofessional. This site is not on any blacklists. Check this website’s IP address on SpamHaus at https://www.spamhaus.org/query/ip/+104.219.41.114+

Email from my web address (@atmfirearms.com) gets blocked by ATT/SBCGlobal. I have appealed it several times, but I don't think it has worked yet. I have to send some of my customers email from my personal account so they can get the updates.

I'm not getting rejects from hotmail. Can you add it to safe senders/whitelist somehow? You don't see them in junk mail either?

@peepso_user_2(Randy Admin) The hotmail Junk Mail and Rules features suck. I have rules to put some email into specific folders, specifically any email that comes from my kids' school's domain. Some teacher's emails go to that folder, but some still show up in the junk folder. The FF email all shows up in my inbox just fine. I thought that if I put someones email in my contact list that it would be like a white list, but that does not seem to always work.

I have tried to build and research them several times to make tutorials, etc. It works for a while and then they change something. Adding to contacts used to work.
